We aim to dispatch orders within one working day. Orders placed before 12 PM Monday to Friday will be dispatched on the same working day. Orders placed on a Friday (after 12 PM), Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on the following Monday (excluding bank holidays).

I believe that animal testing is unacceptable.
My fragrances have not been tested on animals and I do not use materials that contain animal derivatives that are unsuitable for vegetarians.
Additionally, 11:11 by Jernade does not conduct business with any manufacturer, supplier, company or research establishment that engages in animal testing on my behalf. I will not knowingly purchase ingredients from suppliers that have conducted, commissioned or been party to animal testing.
Unfortunately, any cancellations or amendments cannot be made between placing your order and receiving your parcel; this includes address changes and adding/removing products from your order.
